Cole Credit Property Trust II, Inc. was a non-traded, SEC-registered REIT that raised capital from 2005 through 2008 and invested primarily in high-quality real estate net leased to creditworthy necessity retail tenants throughout the United States.
On July 17, 2013, CCPT II merged with Spirit Realty Capital. The combined entity retained the Spirit Realty Capital name and listed its common shares on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) under the ticker symbol “SRC” on July 18, 2013. The management team of Spirit Realty Capital leads the combined company, along with a nine-member board of directors. The transaction reflected a positive cumulative total return for CCPT II stockholders.

Cole Credit Property Trust III, Inc. was a non-traded REIT that raised capital from 2009 through 2012 and invested primarily in high-quality real estate net leased to creditworthy retail tenants under long-term net leases.
In April, 2013, Cole Credit Property Trust III, Inc.(now known as Cole Real Estate Investments, Inc.) completed acquisition of Cole Holdings Corporation and successfully listed on NYSE (Ticker: COLE), allowing investors the opportunity for investing in commercial real estate through a direct investment in Cole's common stock.
The Cole Growth Opportunity Fund was designed to provide investors access to the early stages of real estate development, traditionally available only for institutional investors. The objective of this Fund is to provide the higher returns associated with this type of real estate.
